易自燃煤层防火工艺变量对自然发火指标气体的影响

Effect and Feedback of Process Variables on Index System in Completely Suppressing Spontaneous Ignition Triangle Measures

摘要: 以兴安煤矿四水平南17层二四区二段底板层放顶煤工作面为例,分析了兴安煤矿自然发火指标气体,提出了防火综合防治的思路,研究了防灭火工艺变量及其对自然发火指标气体的影响,通过采取综合防治、最优措施全面破坏煤自燃三角形稳态,并根据指标气体受到作用后的反馈来定义变量中的作用量、方向及时间。现场应用结果表明,经过自然发火指标气体的正、负反馈治理后,工作面回风CO浓度为0,上隅角深部CO浓度为10×10-6~15×10-6,后部采空区观测钻孔内CO最大浓度为30×10-6,治理效果明显,隐患得以控制并趋于稳定。

Abstract: When the indicators of the coal spontaneous ignition index system exceeds the predetermined warning range, the hidden dangers appear to rise or develop from stable to fluctuating and upward trend, indicating that the continuous measures in the prevention and control measures are nearly out of order. In order to achieve the purpose of fire extinguishing, it is based on the precondition of safety. Immediately change the direction of measures, redistribute projects such as drilling, grouting, cold nitrogen, and wind pressure regulation, in order to make positive and negative feedback and influence on the index system and determine the even-vector variables at the nodes. The results show that this is similar to a derivation process, which allows the hidden danger line to develop to the expected under the control of the mathematical function of the “guided function”, so that the hidden danger can be controlled.
